From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Cut the continuous outside boundary. Keep all faces connected at the dashed hinges; do not cut the dashed lines.
- Pre-crease every dashed hinge. Keep the printed face numbers on the inside when forming the model.
- Start with one closing pair, such as A to A. Bring the two equally labeled edges together and secure with a small tape piece.
- Continue with the remaining letter pairs, using the face numbers to keep track. Leave the last accessible edge until the other joins are secure.
- This pattern uses tape joins, not glue tabs. Do not stretch or resize a single face; print a new full net if a piece is damaged.
Printing and use notes
This is a paper learning/display model. It is not a fitted, protective, food-contact or load-bearing container.
Paper thickness, actual folding and taped joins have not been physically tested.
