A 140 mm six-sector message wheel and 130 mm cover with one matching curved window.
From file to finished page
- Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
- Print at actual size (100%) on the matching paper. Measure the 50 mm reference line on a physical trial; a screen ruler is not a print check.
- Add a short message or drawing in each numbered sector of the larger wheel, staying between the 24 mm and 58 mm radial positions seen through the cover window.
- Cut both outer circles and the shaded curved window in the smaller cover. Puncture the marked center holes carefully over a protected surface.
- Place the cover on the message wheel and connect their centers with a small paper fastener. Keep it loose enough for rotation without tearing the paper.
- Turn the larger exposed edge to reveal each sector. Check that adjacent messages do not intrude into the window.
- Keep small fasteners and sharp tools away from young children. The file provides the mechanism, not six finished message illustrations.
Printing and use notes
Make a scrap-paper trial before using special material or producing a batch.
Digital geometry does not establish physical assembly, durable joins, material fit or compatibility with a particular product.
