Make an expanding paper wallet for pocket journal document envelope, using the front, back, three pleated strips and two corner patches.

From file to finished page

  1. Choose the paper size loaded in your printer and open the matching PDF.
  2. Print the matching paper edition at actual size (100%). Check any supplied scale reference before cutting or folding.
  3. Cut the supplied pieces after confirming the 50 mm print check.
  4. Score all dashed fold lines before applying adhesive.
  5. Assemble one plain-paper trial and check the intended lightweight insert or closure.
  6. Use the final copy only after the trial behaves as intended; no protective, archival or load-bearing performance is claimed.
