Letter and A4 preserve the component dimensions. Choose the sheet you will print, not a different object size.
Materials and construction
Plain paper for a first trial, a ruler, scissors and a blunt scoring tool; adult help for internal cuts.
Before making a batch
Measure the 50 mm reference and at least two named panel dimensions.
Assemble an empty plain-paper trial; record closure, seam, clearance and material behavior.

Wrap blank: 175 x 125 mm; center panel 91 mm; two 42 mm side panels.
From file to finished page
- Choose printer-compatible paper, cut the 175 x 125 mm blank and score at 42 and 133 mm.
- Place a plain trial invitation over the 91 mm center panel and fold both 42 mm side panels inward. Their edges leave a nominal 7 mm opening; they do not overlap.
- Hold the folded wrap with a separate removable paper band or ribbon. Do not glue the printed edge zone to the invitation.
- Check that the invitation slides out and that ink does not transfer before using the intended paper.
Printing and use notes
Nominal drawing dimensions are not a tested usable-capacity, load, mailing, food-contact or archival specification.
Do not place valuable, wet, hot or breakable items in an unreviewed paper prototype.
