STUDIO · WRITE A GIFT TAG
Personalized gift tag maker
Give a small gift a clear recipient and sender without designing a whole card.

Preserved Studio 8 PDF example using fictional demonstration text. Not a finished-product photograph.
Start with the supported fields.
Use one short recipient and sender, then duplicate the row or change quantities for a small set.
Open this maker in StudioThe maker opens with a blank row. The fixed Studio 8 examples below remain unchanged. Studio 10 reflows larger captions and preserves line breaks; review new output.

Keep names and messages short enough to fit the tag. Check the preview after typing: a character limit cannot guarantee that every word or line fits. Correct any overflow before downloading.
What stays fixed?
The template uses a 50.8 × 88.9 mm object box, with up to 6 slots in the authored sheet layout. Folded designs are measured flat. Choose Letter or A4 and one of the three supplied themes; this is not a freeform page designer.
Make six tags with different names
In Studio, choose Gift tags, then Paste list. Put one recipient name on each of six lines and keep one copy per recipient. Set the sender where needed. Select each row to review its current preview, correct any overflow and download one batch PDF on Letter or A4. Editing any row makes the previous batch out of date until rebuilt.
For one tag, keep a single recipient row. You can also add rows individually or map a local CSV to the supported fields. Keep leading zeros, empty slots and duplicate rows deliberate.
Make it easier to read or decorate
Studio 10 offers standard or larger text, twelve small motifs and optional monochrome output. The larger-text mode keeps entered text, captions and blank prompts at 14 points or above without resizing the piece. Shorter wording may be needed. Compact labels use a fixed safe motif corner.

Know the boundary
These tags are for cutting out. Check the name, attachment point and printed size; they are not adhesive label sheets.
Studio supports common Latin letters and some accents. Other characters and emoji may be unsupported. If a name is unsupported, use another suitable tool; keep the name as intended.
Keep control of private text
Your names and messages stay in the open workspace. Download the PDF before closing or resetting it. To edit later, explicitly save a private Studio project and keep that local file safe.
What each saved file contains
A Studio project includes your private text. A catalog recipe keeps public file choices and leaves out names and messages.

Make tags with your own names
Use Studio to add names or a short message to a supported gift-tag design. Choose paper, preview the generated page, then download the PDF.
