Your project, step by step

  1. Pick one shelf or group of containers. Write the names you actually use, then choose a label style that has enough room.
  2. Download the label and inventory PDFs below in your printer paper size. Print one label at actual size and check it against its container.
  3. Label the tested containers and record their contents on the inventory sheet. Keep the sheet where you can update it as supplies change.

Printing notes

First test on plain paper. If using adhesive stock, check that it suits your printer and that the printable aligns before printing a batch. Keep the inventory on writable paper.

Make it yours

Write category names and quantities by hand. The optional label alternatives offer more writing room; inspect their exact previews before changing styles.
