Pantry inventory sheet / LETTER
Check one shelf before you shop
Use this sheet for what is already in the cupboard. Start with one shelf, enter the Checked on date and name the Cupboard or shelf; a whole-kitchen inventory can wait.
Try two real entries
An example Item / Quantity / unit / Location entry is “rice / 500 g / top shelf.” A second might be “chickpeas / 2 tins / lower shelf.” Put an item you want to use soon in Use first and mark Restock only after checking what remains.
From stock to a short list
Both US Letter and A4 are one-page print PDFs with the same fields. Choose your printer paper and write by hand. Carry the missing items to the shopping list; use that list instead when you already know what to buy and do not need a record of stock.

Use this sheet in a weekly routine
Plan meals, check existing items, write only the missing items on a shopping list, then carry one dated note into next week. The three-sheet starter uses this pantry inventory sheet with the other two sheets on matching A4 or US Letter paper.
