Reusable shopping list / LETTER
Take a short, checked list to the shop
Use the Category, Item, Quantity and Bought columns for one shopping trip. Start with the next store and a few missing items rather than copying everything in the cupboard.
A list you can act on
Write the Date, Store and Owner, then try “Produce / carrots / 4” and “Tins / chickpeas / 2 tins.” Mark Bought as you collect each item. Use the same quantity wording when someone else will shop from the list.
Choose the paper, then check the gaps
Choose the matching one-page US Letter or A4 print PDF and write by hand. If you are unsure what is missing, begin with the pantry inventory. After shopping, check any unbought row before carrying it to the next trip. For deciding what to cook first, use the meal planning sheet.

Use this sheet in a weekly routine
Plan meals, check existing items, write only the missing items on a shopping list, then carry one dated note into next week. The three-sheet starter uses this reusable shopping list with the other two sheets on matching A4 or US Letter paper.
