Before making a batch

Measure the 50 mm reference and at least two named panel dimensions.

Assemble an empty plain-paper trial; record closure, seam, clearance and material behavior.

Square collar: 95 x 95 mm with 29 mm nominal circular opening and an access slit.

From file to finished page

  1. Cut the square perimeter, 29 mm circular opening and access slit to the edge.
  2. Open the slit gently and fit the collar around a suitable trial neck. Keep the paper clear of the opening and any wet surfaces.
  3. If a closure is needed, use a removable seal across the access slit. Do not force the 29 mm opening onto a larger neck.
