Materials and construction

Plain paper for a first trial, a ruler, scissors and a blunt scoring tool; adult help for internal cuts.

Before making a batch

Measure the 50 mm reference and at least two named panel dimensions.

Assemble an empty plain-paper trial; record closure, seam, clearance and material behavior.

Presentation card: 85 x 110 mm. Marked attachment locations are design positions, not retention/load ratings.

From file to finished page

  1. Cut the card and marked attachment holes and slits.
  2. Position an expendable pin sample through a suitable opening and close its backing behind the card. Keep sharp points covered.
  3. Check retention while the card is supported. Do not enlarge a hole by tearing it or treat the card as protective packaging.

Nominal drawing dimensions are not a tested usable-capacity, load, mailing, food-contact or archival specification.

Do not place valuable, wet, hot or breakable items in an unreviewed paper prototype.
