Materials and construction

Plain paper for a first trial, a ruler, scissors and a blunt scoring tool; adult help for internal cuts.

Before making a batch

Measure the 50 mm reference and at least two named panel dimensions.

Assemble an empty plain-paper trial; record closure, seam, clearance and material behavior.

Presentation card: 85 x 110 mm. Marked attachment locations are design positions, not retention/load ratings.

From file to finished page

  1. Cut the card and the marked holes and short vertical slits.
  2. Write the item name, then place an expendable jewelry sample through the openings without stretching them. Close any sample fasteners behind the card.
  3. Support the card upright on a separate stand and check that the sample does not slip or mark the paper.

Nominal drawing dimensions are not a tested usable-capacity, load, mailing, food-contact or archival specification.

Do not place valuable, wet, hot or breakable items in an unreviewed paper prototype.
