Materials and construction
Plain paper for a first trial, a ruler, scissors and a blunt scoring tool; adult help for internal cuts.
Before making a batch
Measure the 50 mm reference and at least two named panel dimensions.
Assemble an empty plain-paper trial; record closure, seam, clearance and material behavior.

Stand blank: 90 x 175 mm; fold segments 70, 35, 60 and 10 mm. Two 2.4 mm display holes.
From file to finished page
- Cut the 90 x 175 mm blank and both small display holes. Score the three marked folds.
- Fold the 70, 35 and 60 mm panels into a triangular stand, with the 35 mm panel as its base. Glue the final 10 mm tab behind the starting edge.
- Let the stand dry flat on its base. Place only an expendable lightweight sample through the holes and check balance before leaving it upright.
Printing and use notes
Nominal drawing dimensions are not a tested usable-capacity, load, mailing, food-contact or archival specification.
Do not place valuable, wet, hot or breakable items in an unreviewed paper prototype.
